Request account deletion
You do not need the app to make a request. Email Yuno Studio to delete your Little Puzzles account and its associated game records.
This button opens an email draft. You must send the email to submit your request. Clicking the button does not immediately delete an account.
If no mail app opens, copy the address and subject below into your usual email service.

Send an email
If possible, write from the email used to sign in. Your sign-in provider and a nickname you remember can help us locate the account.

Verify ownership
We will explain any verification steps and the expected processing schedule by email. An email address or nickname alone does not authorize deletion of someone else’s account.

Receive the result
We will delete the verified account and associated records, then confirm the result by email. We will explain any delay or additional verification needed.
If you used Apple Hide My Email or cannot access your sign-in email, contact us from an address you can use. We will discuss another way to verify ownership without requiring you to reinstall the app.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or payment card details.
What will be deleted?
We delete the Little Puzzles Firebase authentication account, game profile and account link, nickname and country-display settings, scores, rankings, leagues, trophies, tickets, and associated operational records. Your Google or Apple account for other services is not deleted. Deleted game records cannot be recovered.
Information that may remain
- An account identifier for deletion retries remains until processing finishes. A completion receipt remains for about 24 hours after completion to handle response retries.
- Deleted database information may remain in Cloudflare recovery backups for up to 7 days on our current Free plan. It is not used for normal service, and deletion requests are reapplied if a backup is restored.
- App analytics events are not linked to the sign-in account identifier. Analytics user and event retention is set to 2 months; aggregate reports may remain separately. Deleting an account does not guarantee that every analytics record for a particular device has been identified and deleted. Contact the same email for analytics-data requests.
- Deletion-request emails and verification correspondence are used only to handle the request and deleted within 30 days after completion. If a legal retention exception applies, we will explain the data, basis, and period separately.
Practice records on your device
Local practice records and settings are separate from your account. They are not remotely erased. If the app remains on a device, you can remove them using its data controls or the device storage settings.
If you only played practice without creating a sign-in account, there may be no server account to delete. You can still contact us about your personal data.
